Accessibility Statement

Our target

This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as closely as is reasonably practical.

What we have built in

• Semantic HTML with a sensible heading structure on every page.
• Full keyboard navigation, including the main menu, the mobile menu and all tab controls.
• A visible focus indicator on every interactive element — we never remove focus styles.
• A “skip to main content” link as the first focusable item on each page.
• Form fields with real, associated labels and error messages announced to assistive tech.
• Text and interface colours checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting — animations and scroll effects are disabled if your system asks for reduced motion.
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from screen readers.
• Touch targets sized for comfortable use on a phone.
• Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to small screen widths.

Known limitations

The embedded Google Map on our contact and location sections is a third-party component whose accessibility we do not control. The same information — our full address and a directions link — is always available as plain text and links next to the map, so nothing is only reachable through it.
